  5. Echo HQ-FAX is meant to be a One Step snap to use. However, new users need to be
  6. Echo familiar with a few important concepts to fully use HQ-FAX.

  9. Echo It is STRONGLY recommended that first-time users of HQ-FAX print out the
  10. ECHO files "Readme.hqf" and "HQFAX.hlp", and that they follow the procedure
  11. Echo described in the "First Time Use" section of the readme file "README.HQF"

  13. Echo Examples of ECL files ready to use are provided with HQ-FAX. You can get a
  14. Echo list of these files from the HQ-FAX conversion screen by pressing the F1
